I happily stumbled upon this YouTube channel today. I’ll be delving more in on this during the upcoming week. I have been wanting to do this. Cinnamon raisin bread and the sourdough bread to start with. I got a crumpet pan that look very similar to English muffin size. It would be great to work with either recipe with that to replace English muffin (which I love but I would really love a gluten free version that actually doesn’t taste gluten free like how store bought brands tend to do.
