this interview popped up in my algorithm this morning. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹I’m not a Trumper and I never have been but I love what he says about a lot in this interview. Recently I have been working on getting along with trans issues a bit due to a blood family member being trans and having recently moved to Ohio to transition fully and then back to Portlandia actually they were adopted. Hunter’s grandma and grandpa adopted them first but then they couldn’t fully handle that for whatever reason (might have been this issue) but the cool thing about it was the folks who adopted them still made visitation with Hunter’s grandparents possible. I kept up with them a bit throughout the year sending some holiday goodies, etc. The day I went to the urgent care for my shingles I was invited to their birthday party for the first time (I just started gagging out with Hunter’s side of the family more after the move back to the northwest). A large part of the views I have on this is folks don’t understand being a part of the neurodiverse community with partial chromosomal 22 deletion I tend to get the ideology pushed on my face more trying to tell me my flag is the rainbow flag because of my neurodiverse issues but I say my only flag is the American flag.
I am having the person I was talking about over for a belated birthday thing with Hunter’s grandparents. They are make to female. I liked how they were very non pushy about this stuff even though just looking at them I could tell that’s probably what was up with them.
My main stance has always been there’s no wrong way to be a boy or a girl. Sone will see this statement as transphobic but it’s not meant to be. Especially if you consider what I have been through with this stuff throughout life even though up until recently I have kept that part quite non talked about.💕💕💕💕💕💕💕🧿🧿🧿my main thing I would have with any of it is for them to keep in mind biological issues if they want to have kids or preserve singing voices if they have the ability or desire to. Aka hormone talks and info about that. That’s a tricky thing to maneuver with any of that nowadays though but, that’s what I would do. 🧿🧿🧿leaving to the conservative side on a lot is definitely in my sidereal chart though. 🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
