Thinking about Frank Beard and my own personal journey the past three years. I had just started talking more openly about my partial chromosomal 22 deletion in July of 2023 and thinking about where I am now with stuff with this is pretty amazing to think about personal progress about it in general. I’m glad I made the choice to finally be more open about it. Only an extreme select few knew about it before and I have been making it a point to be more open about it not just on here. I still keep it moderate as to who I talk to about it. it’s a big weight off the shoulders to feel like I can be able to talk about it even that much. Just some thoughts.
Hearing aids are here and these are a bit more visible than the state of the art technology ones (they are not as visible when you wear them but for an in between now and then pair, omg they are a relief! These aren’t too bad but you can tell I’m wearing hearing aids at first sight. They are flesh colored though but still visible. I’m just thankful about the strength of them though and ability to adjust it as well is nice. I’ll pick and choose accordingly when to wear them. I’ll get the state of the art technology hearing aids when the property sells but no clue how long for that exactly. This will be extremely nice in between now and then as I said before.
There is a new recipe up over at http://www.ellieseclectictreasures.com. Heinz 57 ground chuck meatloaf. It makes a larger loaf that is good for freezing for meal prep type stuff.
I have a chicken recipe in my noggin that I think I’ll post tomorrow at the same site I just mentioned. It’s a meal prep type thing. I need to tweak it a bit but I’ll probably have that one up before I have the ovo lacto veggie recipe I am tweaking in my head still. I’ll let folks know on here only when it’s posted.
