I always have been working with tendencies about number one on this list and making sure I’m not doing that and a lot of this stuff resonates on the list. Even though the family get together was very small I would go to a less populated area for a bit even if it was just five minutes. But I made it a point to keep the breaks short. Abd it explosions a lot about the noise issues that I wasn’t aware of actually to this extent so I’m thankful I stumbled upon this video in my algorithm today. 🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿I’m not that sensitive about noise though but to an extent I can probably understand a bit more than neuro typical types about it. 🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿
