The Week of July 20th, 2026: Leadership, justice, and a busy week for Jupiter – YouTube

Episode 292

In this podcast, New York Times best-selling author and astrologer Chani Nicholas discusses the astrology of the week and what it might mean for us all.

The astrology of the week of July 20th, 2026, shines a spotlight on the ways we lead. When Jupiter (the planet of wisdom and abundance) trines Neptune (the planet of dreams and fantasy), we’re inspired by an idealistic vision for our future — and gifted the motivation to turn it into a reality. As Jupiter’s opposition to Pluto (the planet of the underworld) highlights the tensions between our principles and our outdated systems of power, a trine between Jupiter and Uranus (the planet of surprise and innovation) encourages us to expand our horizons in new and unexpected ways. And when the Sun and the South Node enter Leo, we’re called to show up as the leaders we want to see in our lives and confront the egomania that’s corrupting our communities. Now is the time to invest your energy in collective action and reckon with what’s been hiding in the shadows.

in tropical astrology my Saturn is in Leo in my 8th house also my vertex in cancer is in my 8th house S well. Lots to do with astrology and embracing frugal living. There’s a large portion of folks who cringe at the word frugal and I get it. My dad was a garbage man for most of his life and when I was a kid I would get presents he picked out from “the route” it was his family’s business. It’s still in existence I think but he’s not in direct with it as he was. That was a main aversion I had to second hand things as a kid and it’s taken me a long time to actually really appreciate the quality of good quality second hand stuff. In my tropical astrology I’m a Chiron in Taurus in my fourth house do antiques and vintage can be a strength. I’m not saying no to the vintage stuff in my shop as a possibility but I need to research on a more regular basis what is currently selling in vintage booths etc. as well as marketing strategy because it’s a niche thing very much nowadays especially. Also Saturn in Leo in the 8th house with a vertex in cancer is very much about a ficus on astrology and divination strengths. Just some thoughts about my Leo placement in tropical astrology.💕💕💕💕💕💕💕🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
