I have seen that there is a BLM mention of this word which is extremely different based on what I have seen and not to be takes in the same context. I started realizing this about the unfamiliarity of this word and started to rephrase it as inner work. I have been listening to Teal for a while now. Especially about polarity stuff. There are a few male coaches online I listen to about this as well but they are more traditional and not new age. I need to find that one coach again. I probably have some of his videos saved in his notes. It is a YouTube channel he started for his nice as she starts to Hearn about men in general.
