Saturday I’ll be doing the vegetable thing during the festivities but I’ll have some of the prime rib later. Got an extremely fresh but at the butcher today and am gonna go back cuz they have decent priced chicken fat and beef tallow for cooking meat dishes. Sometimes ya just wanna get that stuff pre done.
