✨ Kosher for Passover Baguette (No Flour!) ✨
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside — you will NOT believe this is made with matzah meal! The perfect Pesach bread substitute for sandwiches, dips, or just enjoying warm with butter 🤍
If you’ve been missing bread on Passover… this is your recipe!
🥖 Ingredients:
• 2 cups matzah meal
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 4 eggs
👩🍳 Directions:
Bring water + oil to a boil
In a bowl, mix matzah meal, salt & sugar
Pour in boiling liquid and mix
Add eggs one at a time until a dough forms
Shape into a baguette on parchment-lined baking sheet (sprayed with oil)
Bake at 375°F for 50 minutes
💡 Tip: Let it cool slightly before slicing for the BEST texture!
