I just posted the recipe over at http://www.ellieseclectictreasures.com. It’s dairy free, gluten free and Passover friendly thanksgiving yam patties with turkey and cranberry sauce. It’s like a reversed thanksgiving turkey shepherds pie Non dairy. I have another recipe I did earlier this week I’ll add tonight but it’s a bit different. Passover friendly stuffed spaghetti Squash. Dairy and veggie. For an idea about it. It turned out really well!
