This has been more like full moon energy than new moon energy due to the degree. 🧿🧿🧿with me personally it’s about maintaining carbs. I suppose I have done better than I could have done like no overdoing it on sweets at all or anything like that but I had a Challah bread binge. My challah loaves are on the smaller side though but my Sagittarius moon in the second house in sidereal is coming through here when I gotta catch my hands with the carbs and enforce moderation. I don’t wanna go cold turkey or no carbs but somewhere in the middle. I’m proud of myself for not getting into the cravings for sweets especially during times of grief when it can be really tempting. 🧿🧿🧿for sweets I usually like some Better Goods fruit leather strips in moderate and Chobani Greek yogurt in individual packs usually either peach or strawberry. Sometimes I’ll do a bagel and cream cheese and jam but I’m looking in on replacing a bagel with an English muffin calorie wise. 🧿🧿🧿
