this is an interesting interpretation of Pisces in the third house which is in the planet that rules my third house in tropical astrology. In tropical astrology my mercury is in the fifth house in Taurus and its retrograde. an example is one tube a gal pal and a guy friend were over at my house when I was a kid who were around my age and there was a kiss that happened between them but I did not see it and they were very private about it but I asked her if anything was going down with them in that way and she was in shock that I knew that anything happened there at all like that.
