It felt so good to eat again yesterday!!!! OMG!!!!! Pretty much the main thing I had was a large bag of beef jerky and Coca Cola to drink. After what I had been through man……..sometimes a Coca Cola is needed. but, I needed the calories enough. I am really paying attention to replacing chips with things like beef jerky and spiced nuts. Today I’ll probably have some bagel with salmon and cream cheese for lunch and a tuna melt dinner. It felt amazing to have the collagen creamer in my coffee this morning after two days without it. At this point o can safely say, it’s the collagen affect more than the coffee affect. But they each have their own element. 💕💕💕💕💕got some at the store on the way home. Tonight I’m working on a first hot process batch of shampoo bar. Exciting stuff! I’m looking forward to using this for myself and it’ll probably be my go to for shampoo.
