Cooking time for this is approximately five minutes.
You will need:
1 cup milk
1 and 1/2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
2 teaspoons coconut oil
A pinch of black pepper (to help absorb the turmeric)
A pinch of caTenne
2 teaspoons honey
Pour milk in a sauce pan.
Add milk, cocoa powder, turmeric and honey and mix everything with a whisk until combined and bring to a boil.
Enjoy. I added an extra tablespoon of honey.

This is a variation of the golden milk recipe. ♉️♉️♉️as a triple Taurus chick, I am more drawn to this type of thing than the golden milk but, I think I will partake in this recipe frequently. It is 295 calories approximately so be cautious of that. Today was a lower calorie day for me so, I decided to indulge a bit. I am doing a bit more pareve as well but also loving meat (keeping to Kosher guidelines about it. It is a dessert by itself is a thing to keep in mind about it.) 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
