You will need toasted sesame seeds however you prefer to toast them.
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts.

1/4 teaspoon each kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and chili powder mixed in a small bowl.

2 large eggs, beaten.
1 and 1/2 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds toasted
Vegetable oil for frying
Lemon wedges for garnish
1. Butterfly the chicken breasts but do not but all the way through the breasts. Season both sides of the chicken with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and chili powder.
2. In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Move the chicken to a separate large plate. Mix breadcrumbs, ground flax seeds and toasted sesame seeds.
3. Heat the oil in a medium sauté pan. (Use enough oil so that it comes half way up the sides of the pan). Dip the chicken breasts in the egg followed by the breadcrumb mixture. Shake off excess crumbs and pan fry. You should hear a sizzle, otherwise it’s not hot enough. Do this in batches if necessary in order to not crowd the pan.
4. When the chicken pieces are golden brown and crispy (about five minutes each side) transfer to a plate with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the breasts before serving. Enjoy.

This recipe is one for once in awhile cuz of the oil used in it but, I wanted a chicken experience that was better than the gnarly msg chicken at the Chinese food place. It was the msg that made it gnarly. This is some of the juiciest chicken ever. Jewish food is the absolute comfort food for me and best food even general. I explained that in my Lammas meditation not too long ago. Scroll down for that info if you wanna know what I am talking about here in more detail. 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
