I‘m excited about the slow cooker recipes this week! Keeping it simple as possible especially with ingredients. There will be a food blog on here tonight as well but, it’s a multi part one. One is no cooking involved but one is. It’s a protein packed meal though. Vegan. No bugs. I will not eat bugs. I had to say thus yet again. I’m ovo lacto Vegetarian but with an appreciation for vegan cuisine.
