Recipe is from noracooks.com. Just cuz I give someone a shout out doesn’t mean anything other than that. I felt the need for something sweet but this is something to save for only once in a great while based on the amount of sugar but it’s tasty! 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕You will need:
1 and 1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

3 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup canola oil or melted coconut or avocado oil
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Cinnamon Streussel
1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon
For drizzling on top
2 tablespoons butter (either vegan or non vegan)
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
2. combine the non dairy milk, apple cider vinegar, stir a little and set aside.

3. in a large mixing bowl stir the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt with a large spoon until well combined.



4. to the bowl with the dry ingredients, pour in the milk, vinegar and oil and applesauce mixture. Stir until well combined. Pour half the batter into the cake pan.
5. Make the cinnamon streusel: in a small bowl mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together.
6. sprinkle half of the cinnamon streusel mixture over the batter in the pan, then pour the rest of the cake batter on that. Sprinkle with the rest of the streusel.


7. drizzle with melted vegan butter.

8. bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted cones out clean.
