The great thing about chair yoga is it’s great for my scoliosis. I do have it, not severe but enough to be annoying at times. The chair yoga is gonna help me pace myself as well and to be mindful about what exercises to go more lightly on or avoid if possible. Just some yoga thoughts. I will eventually get to the point where I don’t fully need the chair for it. That’s where I’m at currently though. Based on how last years 4th of July went energetically speaking and the energy of this years Holy Week at Easter (especially based on what I heard was going on at Catholic Churches about informants being planted especially during that time.
