I gotta say, the level of yoga I’m at is quite a bit of chair yoga and some non chair yoga. You can still go quite a bit for toning and abs sculpting and firming areas with chair yoga. I have been risking through what level I am actually at with this as far as ability with my teacher. It’ll improve over time and practice to where I don’t need the chair part. It’s exciting stuff all around though that I have been wanting to happen for a long time. So no matter what level I‘m at, I’m just happy to be doing it in general. 💕💕💕💕💕💕that’s also the beauty of non intimidation factor with private lessons. 💕💕💕💕💕💕even the master was once a beginner 💕💕💕💕💕💕it’ll ne interesting to see progress made by the end of summer time with this. 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕breath work is gonna help with throat chakra stuff as well, which is what I need for vocal practice extremely considering the social climate in general especially as June approaches. I plan to ignore pride month as much as possible. It’s a way to avoid agenda being shoved down your throat. I have no trouble with lgbtq folks but, being a heterosexual woman and having agenda shoved at you practically all year round anyway and extremely during June, it’s enough to make anyone want to avoid it. It’s a Sagittarius rising thing. (Neptune in Sagittarius trine Venus in Aries in my 4th house . Sagittarius moon is in the first house in tropical astrology as well)is very connected to the sixth house in Taurus energy with throat chakra work in general just based on personal astrology alone. It’s the south node anxiety about vocal stuff specifically. I hate to burst any shade throwers bubbles about that but anything negative you send will probably naturally backfire on you anyway cuz chances are, it’s very y justified work. Just thinking about a clairaudient experience I had yesterday that was extremely visible in the nature of the timing of it. It’s rarely this visible in nature but, sometimes it happens so visible in nature that you are even more aware of this if you have it. Hard to fully explain it without folks saying you’re makin it up lol but I had the song what’s love got to do with it in my head. My mom comes in the room not singing at first but then starts singing the same song on my head. Neither of us had mentioned the song since Tina’s passing away. I was trying to remember exactly the series of events and she was quiet when she entered the room before she started to sing it. It’s a clairaudient thing that I very rarely experience to my knowledge. Often times I don’t know it happens when it does. Especially with music I can be more prone to this stuff. 💕💕💕💕💕sometimes I’m alerted if it happens by folks being a bit weirded out around me after the incident but they never say verbally though. That’s happened at times in the past as well but, not often to that extent. 💕💕💕💕💕💕I did talk with her about the experience directly after it happened and she wasn’t flipped out about it at all.
