Pondering stuff to work on in Yoga session. (I started that this week which was a huge thing in general to accomplish for reasons I mentioned before) abs . I’d loved some ripped abs in general very much, all year round. Just in time for summer time. Cuz of the heart surgery scar I have never been a swimsuit type but this would be a thing to make my body more like that year round which would be extremely refreshing my frame is petite enough otherwise in general to not be too tricky to accomplish this for myself. Also my feet issue that I have mentioned before has been an issue for why I have never been much of a water sports chick. As well as toned arms and legs at some point.
