Having the anxiety I do about singing in front of folks to the point that you never know when it’s bound happen but you know it’ll happen most of the time. I get to the point that I recognize it for the defense mechanism that it can tend to be in many situations such as that. I went through this type of thing recently. Today I officially started switching to juice bar and health food (preferably vegetarian or vegan but absolutely no eating of bugs!!!) whenever I am in the need of a restaurant while traveling on day trip type stuff. Especially to Portlandia which, they have a lot of that type of thing there. Sagittarius moon in the first hin tropical astrology and a lot in my sidereal astrology points to preferring this type of stuff. To each their own on that. I found a good juice bar not far from here and got a delightful strawberry and banana smoothie for lunch. Refreshing to not have the tropical smoothie type stuff which has a lot of things added to it that aren’t the best.
