4 eggs.
1/2 cup half and half milk.
1/2 cup chopped plum tomatoes.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Basil to taste.
1 and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Prepare pie crust accordingly. Put cheddar in first. Whisk together egg, half and half, basil, salt and pepper in a measuring cup.
Put the cheddar cheese in the pie first . Pour egg mixture over that and place tomatoes on top. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. 💕💕💕💕💕💕it’s one of those recipes that you can innovate accordingly 💕💕💕💕💕💕🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
