I have feeling I am gonna stick with the smoothie routine even after the colonoscopy. Sagittarius moon in the first house in tropical astrology type stuff . Looking up more superfood power smoothie ideas 💕💕💕💕💕💕I make the smoothies with lactaid milk. I’m lactose intolerant so I have lactaid in things that call for dairy in cooking. As well as I like almond milk or oat milk creamers for my morning coffee💕💕💕💕💕💕💕 I a avoid soy as much as possible but I love a good fried king pao tofu or fried sesame tofu now and then 💕💕💕💕💕💕I could see myself easily replacing two meals a day with health food smoothies. The home made smoothies leave ne very satisfied in the tummy . So far it’s just one mean a day that I’m replacing with a smoothie.
