I think it was helpful to explain some of what I have been going through with metaphysical self defense stuff at the level that I have through pointing out exactly in the Lenormand spread about it. I think all the practice I had about stuff prior to ejections recently is gonna help a lot. Especially knowing how political sone witches can tend to be, Ruth especially. I always have my guard up about her metaphysically though especially as the podcast gets closer to happening 💕💕💕💕💕💕lots of throat chakra strengthening stuff regularly. It was also great to describe what Randall was like stage presence wise abs yes, some very beautiful music could have been made if the cards were different about my anxiety stuff with that. The skin cancer regimen is some annoying shit on day 2. Good thoughts appreciated. Liquid charcoal soap and sweet almond oil before each application help but it’s twice a day. It’s an annoying process with the healing aspect.
