Possibly feeling a bit of anxiety at having considerable build up of energy but not fully knowing how to express it. I have been thinking about things I learned from staying and wishing to remain unvaccinated during pandemic times and beyond, they are using much of the same tactics they used back then just in various forms to attack certain buzz words and ways of thinking and being. Having been sober for as long as I have been and even before I was fully sober, I was kind of there already mentally, I always have felt society pressure about that as far as trying to make me feel like an outsider for not wanting to get drunk every weekend this thing. It’s a thing to keep in mind as they try to push whatever ideology to the forefront. 🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿I’m thankful I learned up on psychological self defense when I did cuz that’s helping a lot throughput this time period as well. Big tune, actually ! The language with that might be shifting around as well which is why I say I’m glad I learned up on it when I did and got resources on it when I did 🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿also about tactics used by my step mom cuz they are syed as hell similar as tactics she would use all the time 🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It’s about keeping your beliefs and values strong within yourself without letting them become a buzz word for folks to attack whatever buzz word they wanna attack 🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿that’s the only detail I will give as far as tactic 🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿this is where listening to instrumental music can be helpful and getting into it whichever genre you might be drawn to with this. I’m thankful for classical music and instrumental jazz. I wanna check out Bob Weirs “planet drum” that he started back in the 1990s. That is a thing I’m sure you can look up on past stuff with that project and find some cool stuff . Eras and Company show has a special time for focusing on just drums as well . Gearing up for wood burning practice and lesson this weekend!

Painting the first coat on the piece today. This will dry today and overnight to finish it up tomorrow . A note on how challenging this time period is fox me astrology wise in my tropical astrology chart, I’m mars in Aries in my third house so, yes, this is a challenging time period for ne. I am gonna get a hold of that music composing for dummies book though at some point soon cuz I think it will be a good thing to have on hand especially as I evolve in skill to start thinking about getting to that point in the musical journey.
