I am having some phot connection issues this morning, so I decided to just type these out for this morning. It is one of those times that you are gonna need to do your best you can to be loyal to yourself throughout confusing energies. You might be feeling a bit trapped but that can also be a feeling of being as free as the mind allows you to be. Do your best to stay with your ethics and it helps that some others might have some similar experiences that might just be good to relate to. My main reason for feeling as strongly about this diagnosis of a decision based on my personal astrology as well and sensitivities about some allergies already and just knowing something funky would happen if I even came close to the vaccine just based on allergic reactions to some things in the past. All the vaccines for this have had heart failure type things to be cautious about with and, with my heart health issues, I can never be too careful about that type of thing. I would like it to be normal again when folks just didn’t feel the need to even ask about this kind of thing on a handshake basis about someone. Spiritual collective reading for today in a line of five working with crystal cards. You are gonna need to focus big time probably on energy cleansing of negativity. In the recent past you might have been really needing to focus on self love during a time of mental, emotional and possibly illness recovery of some kind. The card at the bottom of the pack was peridot so, some kind of healing is happening or needs to happen still. Possible care needed during travel and just be cautious that ou do not get the rug pulled out from under you by things of discomfort being removed.

One thing that can help with this is to be mindful of root chakra work on yourself in general and to work at that for yourself. Garnet is also about vitality and root chakra.

This is one line of five that I just did for myself for today. It has an extremely good vibe about client possibility type stuff. The card at the bottom of the pack after I shuffled for this was change. Recent past had possible work situation type thing gift from that or client type thing and yeah, there have been energies about that type of thing. Near future possible client type talk and for sure some kind of thing about that around the bend. Especially as I start to do readings professionally or close to it. This is one that I felt was just for me personally based on what I am going through wiith my own journey in this in general.

As promised, Swiss Spaghetti recipe according to Mildred and Hansel. 1 lb spaghetti noodles. 3-4 tbsp melted butter or marg. 1 tsp veggie bullion) a few splashes of veggie worcestershire sauce, 2 plus cups shredded cheddar cheese. Cook spaghetti according to directions. Melt butter and stir in bullion and sauce. In a heat proof bowl, add 1/4 of the pasta and then sprinkle 1/4 of the cheese on top. Repeat layers and after the second layer, spoon 1/4 of the butter sauce on top. Finish layers and sprinkle with the remaining butter sauce. Put the bowl in a 200-250 degree oven for awhile as you finish the rest of the meal and the cheese mostly melts. Lots of folks like a dash of ketchup on the side. It is exactly how grandma and grandpa always served it. It might end up being a fave way for you to do mac and cheese. Personally speaking, I love to have this with some waldorf salad on the side as well. Made the regular way ya make waldorf salad. With real mayo. No soy.
